Be a stallholder at the Haslemere Classic Car Show
Stall holders are invited to apply for space at this popular community event which is being held at Lion Green, Haslemere on Sunday 28 May 2023.
The stalls are situated around the edge of the green with around 250 show cars parked in the middle. There is no entrance charge for the public.
We are looking for stalls selling local produce, crafts, art, vintage clothing, memorabilia and classic car related products. The emphasis is on quality and local business.
Stalls can trade from noon until 5.00pm. A 3x3m (pitch only) is available for a special Early Bird price of £30 if you book and pay before the end of March or £45 after this date. Larger stall frontage is available at an extra charge per metre - please see the booking form for details.
We have some pitches available at a special rate for small local charities and organisations, especially those who join in with the traditional feel of the day. Please contact below to see if you are eligible for a special pitch rate and we will send you the charity booking information.
We have a limited number of catering pitches and need to ensure that we have a good range of refreshments - hot and cold ready to eat food and drinks to offer our visitors.
